Turn a $300k winning ad into your ad in 5 minutes.

One ad on this list did over 20 million views and made over $300k. You don't have to guess what works — winning ads are public data. Find what's already crushing it on Kalodata, then recreate the exact format with your own product using Claude + Arcads, in multiple styles to target different people. Here's the whole system.

You commented ARCADS — here's the full playbook, the metrics to read, and the exact prompt that turns a winning ad into your ad.

Why this works

Stop guessing. Copy proven winners.

Most people gamble on ad ideas. The smarter move: find ads that already print money, copy the format (not the product), and let AI produce your version in minutes. Kalodata shows you exactly what's winning on TikTok right now — revenue, views, and how efficiently each one converts.

Kalodata Video & Ad dashboard showing top TikTok ads ranked by revenue, item sold, views, GPM, and Ad CPA

Kalodata's Video & Ad tab: real TikTok ads ranked by revenue, items sold, views, GPM, and Ad CPA — with the trend line showing whether it's a one-off spike or an evergreen format.

The playbook · 4 phases

Find it. Clone it. Test it. Scale it.

This is the exact loop. Each pass gets faster — once your winners are saved and Claude is wired to Arcads, a new ad is a few minutes of work.

01
Find · Kalodata

Pull the ads already winning

Open the Video & Ad tab on Kalodata. Set your market (e.g. US), your category, and Last 30 Days. Then filter and sort:

  • Turn on High Organic Traffic — winners that blew up without heavy paid spend, so the creative is what's working.
  • Sort by Revenue to see the big ones, then re-sort by GPM to find the efficient ones hiding under lower view counts.
  • Set Duration to the length you want to make, and Revenue Trend: growing to skip dying fads.
  • Save 5–10 ads whose format you could recreate with your product.
02
Clone · Claude + Arcads

Recreate it with your product

Connecting Arcads to Claude is a one-time, two-minute job — it's Arcads' official MCP connector, no code or cloning. In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the Arcads MCP URL, and add your Arcads API key:

# Claude → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector
MCP URL: https://mcp.arcads.ai
API key: paste your key from app.arcads.ai/settings/api
           (in the connector's request headers)

Now just drop in the winning video, your product, and the prompt below. Claude decodes the format, rewrites the script for your product, and uses Arcads to generate talking UGC videos — a real-looking actor holding your product — in multiple versions.

iArcads' own setup steps are in the Arcads MCP guide. The connector is free; Arcads is the paid engine and generations use your Arcads credits.
03
Test · straight to Meta

Push the variations live from Claude

One winning format, several angles: keep the structure, swap the hook and the actor — a cold problem-aware buyer, a skeptic, a deal-seeker. You can also connect Meta Ads to Claude with its MCP connector (same Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector flow) and have Claude upload the finished variants straight to Meta as paused ads — no exporting, no manual upload.

# Claude → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector
Add the Meta Ads MCP → connect your ad account

# then just ask Claude:
"Upload these 3 variants to Meta as paused ads in a new ad set."

Launch small, kill the losers within a few days, and let the market pick the winner. You're not guessing — you're testing, and the whole loop lives inside Claude.

04
Scale

Double down, then refresh

When one version wins, put spend behind it and generate more variations off that exact angle. Creative fatigues, so keep the pipeline running — a fresh batch from a new Kalodata winner every week means you're never scrambling when an ad dies.

The deliverable

The prompt that clones the ad.

Paste this into Claude with the Arcads connector on, fill the brackets, and attach the winning video and your product. It decodes the winner, rewrites it for you, and generates three variations aimed at three different buyers.

INPUTS
- Reference winning ad: [paste the TikTok / Kalodata video link, or upload the clip]
- My product: [name + one sentence on what it does]
- Product photo/link: [attach the image or paste the URL]
- Target market: [e.g. US, women 25–40]

STEP 1 — DECODE THE WINNER
Break the reference ad into a reusable template:
- Hook (first 3 seconds): the exact opening line + why it stops the scroll
- Angle: problem / benefit / curiosity / social proof — which one is it
- Structure: beat by beat (hook -> problem -> product reveal -> demo -> proof -> CTA)
- The demo moment: what the creator physically shows on camera
- CTA: the exact ask at the end
Separate what is TRANSFERABLE (the format) from what is PRODUCT-SPECIFIC.

STEP 2 — REWRITE IT FOR MY PRODUCT
Keep the winning structure exactly. Swap in my product, my benefit, my proof.
Write the full script in a natural spoken creator voice: short sentences, no ad-speak,
no "introducing". Match the length of the reference.

STEP 3 — GENERATE 3 VARIATIONS WITH ARCADS
Use Arcads to produce 3 talking UGC videos of my product, each aimed at a different person:
1. Cold, problem-aware buyer who doesn't know the product exists
2. Skeptic — "does this actually work?"
3. Deal-seeker — the price / value angle
Use a different AI actor and a different hook for each. Keep the same demo beat.

STEP 4 — OUTPUT
Give me: the 3 scripts, the 3 hooks, the audience each one targets, and the 3 Arcads
generations. Then tell me which one to test first and why.
Read the numbers

The Kalodata columns that actually matter.

Revenue and views are the loud numbers. These are the ones that tell you whether an ad is worth copying.

GPM

Gross revenue per 1,000 views. The efficiency score — how much money each view is worth. A high GPM on modest views means the ad converts hard. Chase this over raw views.

Ad CPA

Estimated cost to get one sale if you ran it as a paid ad. Low Ad CPA = cheap conversions = a format worth copying and putting spend behind.

Revenue & Views Trend

The shape over time. A single spike is a one-off moment; a sustained or rising line is an evergreen format that keeps working. Copy the sustained ones.

High Organic Traffic

The filter that matters most. It surfaces ads that blew up with little or no paid spend — proof the creative itself is doing the work, not a big budget.

!Copy the format, not the product. Recreating a proven structure with your own product is smart marketing. Ripping someone's exact footage, brand, or claims isn't — and it won't fit your product anyway. The whole point is your product in a format that's already proven to sell.
